The marketplace for technology solutions to assist older adults ("Age-tech") is anticipated to exceed $35 billion in 2025!
Yet, few seniors or their support networks are aware of the many innovative devices and services that could make their lives better.
This may be due to lack of knowledge, frustration as to where to start, or belief or experience that technology is too difficult or expensive to utilize.
SeniorFusion was launched to address this gap. In 2019 we conducted a needs assessment with key stakeholder groups and numerous leaders in the field to gain input about their populations' needs that could be addressed through new technology.
Possible barriers to adoption were also explored.
These conversations helped to shape SeniorFusion’s service offerings of today.
SeniorFusion's mission is to improve seniors’ health and safety and reduce social isolation through increased awareness and adoption of technology solutions that are practical, effective, easy-to-use and affordable.
Technology is here to augment conventional approaches, not replace human interaction.
We serve as the bridge between technology entrepreneurs and the audiences they serve, focusing on solutions that do not require being tech savvy, and with an eye towards scalability and marketability.
SeniorFusion has researched over 375 technology solutions and reached over 1,100 seniors, caregivers, and service providers through in-person and online presentations focusing on innovative technology that can address unique needs of seniors. Technology categories include social connectivity, home safety and health monitoring.
